The efficiency of team coordinations is key to Integration projects. Knowing what each other is meaning avoids much debate and confusion. The problem is actually twofold:

  • there are terms that we each understand in different ways;
  • a rough understanding of the issues at stake can prevent us to decompose a problem properly, dissociate related issues, or even see some aspects of it. We would thus mix in our minds very different things that we then put under the same term - therefore incorrect .
